Yoga Teacher, Sound Energy Practitioner, Natural Ayurvedic face lift massage therapist & Vagus Nerve Coach

About me

My work is devoted to supporting women’s wellbeing in a gentle, holistic way — especially during midlife, when our bodies and nervous systems often need a different kind of care.

I began teaching Hatha Yoga in Portsmouth in 2004, and over the years my approach has evolved to focus more deeply on nervous system regulation and restorative practices.

My own experience of midlife changes led me to train in Restorative Yoga in 2018, and since then my work has centred on helping women move out of stress and back into balance.

Everything I offer is designed to calm the nervous system — because when we feel safe and supported, the body can restore itself naturally.

My Ayurvedic Facelift Massage - is a deeply restorative ritual that works with the skin, the muscles, and the nervous system all at once.

My Sound Healing with Vibroacoustic Massage uses therapeutic vibration of the Tibetan singing bowls to soothe the stress response, improve sleep and create a profound sense of grounding.

I also offer bespoke one-to-one restorative yoga sessions - created entirely around what your body and nervous system needs on that day. Supporting you with breath awareness and stillness, the body is invited to release deeply held tension, with all the props that restorative Yoga offers, while the mind graduallly quietens.

I offer monthly Restorative Yoga & Sound Immersion classes in Westborne & Portsmouth as well as weekly Hatha Yoga in Portsmouth.

In 2025, I completed my training as a Vagus Nerve Practitioner, deepening my work in supporting resilience, calm and overall wellbeing.

My intention is to create a nurturing space where you can slow down, breathe deeply, and feel more at home within yourself.
